How to use the PDF Merge & Extract
The PDF tool reads selected documents in the browser and creates a new file by copying pages or adjusting page boundaries. Merge, extract and crop operations leave every original unchanged.
How it works
Most processing stays in your browser instead of sending inputs to our server. Verify important financial or contractual decisions against an authoritative source.
Step-by-step
- 01For merge, choose files in order; for extract or crop, choose the target document.
- 02Select an action and enter the page range or margin when requested.
- 03Download and verify page order, orientation and content completeness.
Worked example
INPUT3-page report A + 2-page appendix B
RESULTA new 5-page PDF in selection order
The originals remain unchanged and the browser produces a separate result.Limits and checks
- Encrypted or damaged PDFs may not be processed.
- Digital signatures, forms, bookmarks and advanced PDF features may not survive in the new file.
Useful examples
- Combine several documents
- Extract only selected pages
- Crop page margins
